‘Colour Meal’ is a multi-sensory performance piece that uses the pure colour [photons of a single wavelength] created by LEDs to produce a homogenous visual environment for the appreciation of flavours, combined with abstract poetry that draws out the metaphorical nuances of the created ‘tastes’.
